Staff Legal Counsel - Basking Ridge New Jersey
Client is looking for an experienced, intellectually curious and creative attorney to provide legal support to the Northeast Market Network organization on real estate, zoning, land use and planning matters. As the Staff Counsel, you will handle substantial responsibilities under supervision of the Market General Counsel.
Qualifications Must have:

A JD degree from a top tier law school with strong academic performance.

Licenses: Active and good standing with and admission to the New Jersey bar or eligible for single-client New Jersey in-house licensure.

Six or more years of recent and relevant legal practice experience in a similar work environment (i.e., law firm or corporate legal department), including three or more years experience in real estate, zoning or land use matters.

Experience with project management including managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Willingness to travel.

Our client is in search of a talented and motivated Business Development Manager focused on the Latin America region to join our team. This position will ideally be based out of Brazil.
For this role you will:
Contribute to the aggressive growth strategy by achieving business development and sales goals

You will be a beacon of consumer insights and delivery excellence in our consumer IoT team. Success looks like delivery of delightful integrated experiences delivered via hardware and software. Overall responsibilities include product definition and execution of the commercialization plans with the product technology and go-to-market teams. You will play a lead role in identifying new business and product opportunities for Client, crafting compelling experiences and value proposition using voice of the customer tools, evangelizing across the organizing and leading the charge for delivery excellence.
